Scare Asylum Event Cancelled due to not being able to meet terms of the Asylum

It is with great regret that I am writing this message tonight.

I need to inform everyone that the Scare Asylum event at the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum will not be happening this coming weekend of September 18th, 19th and 20th.

A few weeks ago I accessed my PayPal account because I had not heard from Brent Fair and had a growing suspicion that was confirmed when I saw that all of the ticket sales for the Haunted Hornet event and the Scare Asylum event were gone. Brent had transferred the money into his personal bank account, disconnected his phone and had moved to another state. I decided to do everything within my means along with my wife, Summer to ensure the two events took place and people did not get ripped off as we had been by Brent Fair.

Two weeks ago the first event took place at the USS Hornet in Alameda CA. I would like to thank everyone on board the ship for their help and also to Chip Coffey and Kristyn Gartland who came to the ship and gave the people who paid for their tickets what they paid for and asked for nothing in return. The reason the event was such a success is the venue, Chip and Kristyn all understood what Brent Fair had done and no one wanted to see people get hurt and lose their money. We all came together and pulled out a great event.



My Wife and I have done everything within and beyond our means to make this happen with the Scare Asylum event. Chip Coffey and Kristyn Gartland both agreed to come out with us again to hold the event again at no charge, the only thing they asked for was that my wife and I cover the cost of their travel and accommodations. Robb Demarest also agreed to come to the event for no fee, along with Andy Andrews and Ericka Boussarhane. I thank them all so much for their support during the last few weeks.



We were able to, with the help of family to take a loan for the venue fee, unfortunately, we found out only today with last minute negotiations with the venue that the event could not occur. Summer and I have tried so incredibly hard to pull this event out. The financial sacrifices that we and our family have made to pull the money together were still not enough. Again, the reason that the Haunted Hornet event was able to take place is that the Celebrities and the venue understood what had happened and we were all able to make financial sacrifices on all sides to ensure the ticket holders received an event they had paid for.



I am working with my attorney to bring criminal charges against Brent Fair for what he has done. I will not allow him to take advantage of myself, my family, the celebrities or the customers of Odyssey Star Productions who all trusted him with their money.

I am so sorry for what he has done, but I do not have the means to continue to try and save the Scare Asylum event. Since Brent Fair took the money that was generated in your ticket purchases I have no way to give anyone their money back or to hold the event. I can assure everyone that I will pursue Brent for what he has done to all of us. I will also keep everyone up to date and where to file for civil liabilities claims. Please do not refund through PayPal, please email me your home address and contact information so we can keep everyone updated.



Again, I am so sorry for not being able to come through for everyone. Summer and I have tried our hardest, but with the demands of the venue we can not come up with any more money. If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
